| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经门静脉外周血干细胞移植(VPBSCT)治疗肝硬化失代偿期的疗效.方法 选择37例肝硬化失代偿期患者,采取经门静脉途径肝内移植自体外周血干细胞,观察患者移植术前、术后2个月的肝功能包括血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TB)、清蛋白(ALB)水平及凝血酶原时间(PT)]变化及临床症状改善情况.结果 移植术后2个月患者血清ALT、TB水平及PT与术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);移植术后3个月患者血清ALT、TB、ALB水平及PT与术前比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P＜0.05).移植术后2个月,腹腔积液减轻17例(70.8%,17/24),乏力好转26例(83.9%,26/31),食欲改善28例(75.7%,28/37),体力好转25例(67.6%,25/37),腹胀减轻21例(63.6%,21/33).除5例患者移植术后腹腔积液加重,1例因上消化道大出血死亡外,未发现其他明显不良反应及并发症.结论 VPBSCT治疗肝硬化失代偿期具有疗效好、费用低及技术风险少的优势.
