阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与代谢综合征的相关性分析

目的 探索阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）与代谢综合征（MS）的相关关系。方法 将86例男性OSAHS患者（OSAHS组）按照呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）分为轻、中及重度OSAHS亚组。将241例（AHI〈5）年龄和体重相匹配的健康男性作为对照组。比较各组代谢综合征（MS）的患病率。检测外周循环的代谢参数：空腹血糖（FBC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度酯蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C），以及某些人体指数：体重指数（BMI）、腰围、臀围、收缩压、舒张压及平均血压，分析它们在OSAHS组与对照组间的差异和相关性。结果 OSAHS组患者的舒张压、平均压、臀围、腰围、腰臀比、HDL—C与对照组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；OSAHS组及各亚组中MS的患病率均显著高于对照组，且MS患病率随OSAHS程度加重而显著增高；单多因素逐步Logistic回归分析显示OSAHS为MS的危险因素，其中重度OSAHS患者比对照组患病危险增加43倍多；多因素逐步Logistic回归分析显示DSAHS是MS的独立危险因素。结论 OSAHS与MS密切相关，是MS的独立危险因素之一。

Correlation between Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea and Metabolic Syndromes

Objective To study the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods 86 male patients with OSAHS were divided into three groups according to the degree of the disease,241 normal male adults with AHI<5 were recruited as control group.The incidence of MS was compared between two groups.Results There were significant differences between two groups in the following parameters:diastolic,mean arterial blood pressure,waist circumference,hip circumference,WHR and HDL-C(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the incidence of MS was significantly higher in OSAHS groups.The worse of OSAHS,the higher incidence of MS.Conclusion OSAHS is closely associated with MS,which is one of the independent risk factors of MS.
