社区卫生服务机构医疗设备的效益管理研究

目的提高社区卫生服务机构医疗设备管理的效益和水平。方法对北京交通大学社区卫生服务中心现有医疗设备的使用情况和相关账目的分析以及实物的盘点,分析社区卫生服务机构医疗设备管理的现状和问题,同时提出解决的方法。结果社区卫生服务机构的设备使用率较高,但在管理方面存在一定的问题和不同程度的浪费现象。结论一定的医疗设备是社区卫生服务机构的必备条件之一,只有加强设备的科学管理,提高运行效益,才能使社区卫生服务机构做到可持续发展。

Benefit Management of Medical Equipment in Community Health Service Institutions
