| 摘 要： | 随着临床评价和实验研究的进展,临床医师逐步认识到糖皮质激素对急性肺损伤的治疗作用,但对药物疗效,应用的时机、剂量、疗程国内、外存在争议,本文认为早期、中小剂量、延长时间、逐渐减量治疗方案可取。

| Abstract: | With the clinical evaluation and empirical study,clinicians started to realize the therapeutic action of glucocorticoid on acute lung injury,but pharmacodynamic action,therapeutic opportunity and dosage,course of treatment were disputed in internal country and overseas.In this article the author considered the therapeutic regimen in the earlier period,with middle or small dose,long-time and gradual decrement was acceptable. |
