| 摘 要： | 呼吸支持是急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)治疗的基础,近年来运用小潮气量的肺保护性机械通气策略能明显改善ARDS患者的症状和预后,但小潮气量不利于塌陷肺泡的复张,因此有必要在肺保护的基础上联合使用肺复张手法使肺泡保持开放.但肺复张受ARDS病因、病程、复张前通气参数、复张方法 、复张后潮气量及呼气末正压水平等多种因素的影响,本文对此进行了综述. |
