| 摘 要： | 目的分析妊娠期感染甲型H1N1流感患者的临床症状、体征及病程。方法回顾性分析2009年9月－11月我科接诊并确诊为妊娠合并甲型H1N1流感的46例患者的临床资料，并与同期余甲型H1N1流感患者412例的临床资料进行比例分析。结果与其他甲型H1N1流感患者相比，妊娠期感染甲型H1N1流感患者头痛、流涕症状出现的比例明显增多，咽痛症状明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组单核细胞百分比间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；最高体温、体征、发热天数以及血常规其他检测结果间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论妊娠期感染甲型H1N1流感患者，临床症状略重于其他甲型H1N1流感患者，发热天数、最高体温、体征、血常规检查和其他甲型H1N1流感患者无明显差别。
