广东省社区卫生服务机构卫生人力资源与工作现状的抽样调查

目的 了解广东省社区卫生服务机构人力资源、员工工作满意度和工作稳定性,分析其原因,为合理开发和利用社区卫生服务人力提供科学依据.方法 采用自行设计的问卷,对广东省粤中、粤东、粤西、粤北四个地区10个社区卫生服务中心及7个社区卫生服务站的335名社区卫生服务人员进行了问卷调查.结果 广东省社区卫生服务人员中医护比例比较合理,专业结构不合理,缺少公卫医师、中医师和其他人员,学历、职称偏低,社区卫生服务人员工作满意度较低,有离职意愿的比例较高.结论 应采取多种措施,优化社区卫生人才队伍;满足员工的基本需要,努力提高满意度;提升工作满足感与组织承诺度,留住和吸引社区卫生人才.
