| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨曲美他嗪对老年慢性心力衰竭患者自主神经功能的影响.方法 将35例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组与曲美他嗪组,所有患者采用心力衰竭常规药物治疗,曲美他嗪组加用曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d口服,分别于用药前及用药12周检查患者的心脏功能与心率变异性指标.结果 两组治疗后均能明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心脏射血分数(P＜0.05),且曲美他嗪组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者治疗后心率变异性各指标均升高(P＜0.05),且曲美他嗪组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 曲美他嗪辅助治疗老年心力衰竭疗效显著,能提高心率变异性,改善自主神经功能,无明显不良反应. |
