酒精所致精神障碍患者肝功能异常的临床研究

目的 探讨酒精所致精神障碍患者的肝功能异常情况,为临床诊疗提供实验依据.方法 抽取酒精所致精神障碍患者158例为研究组,对其临床与实验室检查资料进行回顾性研究;同时抽取健康体检人群50例为对照组,以其肝功能检验结果作为对照.结果 158例酒精所致精神障碍患者中肝功能异常者为63例,占39.9%.研究组的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰基转肽酶(GGT)升高明显,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.001).结论 过量饮酒可导致精神障碍,患者常伴随肝功能异常,饮酒时间越长,日饮酒量越大,导致酒精性精神障碍和肝脏损害的比例越大.戒断治疗的同时,应采取保肝护肝措施,避免医疗事故;对过量饮酒的危害应引起社会各界关注.

Hepatic Dysfunction of Patients with Dysphrenia Induced by Ethyl Alcohol
