杭州市社区卫生服务中心运行状况分析

目的了解杭州市社区卫生服务中心运行状况。方法对杭州46个社区卫生服务中心2002~2004年的运行效益等进行比较与分析。结果杭州市社区卫生服务中心规模等级均为一级医院,调查的21个社区卫生服务中心3年累积投入2 974.17万元。每个中心的平均服务人口约为6.64万人,部分中心有少量人员接受过全科医学教育,社区卫生服务中心人员学科配置以内科为主,全科医生特色不明显。目前,46个社区卫生服务中心全部纳入医保定点医疗机构。结论杭州市社区卫生服务工作取得了较好的社会和经济效益,但也存在不少问题,亟待解决。

Analysis of the Conditions of Community Health Service Centers in Hangzhou City

Objective To investigate the running status of community health service centers in Hangzhou city.Methods The operational efficiencies of 46 community health service centers in Hangzhou city from 2002 to 2004 were compared and analyzed.Results All community health service centers in Hangzhou city were credited as first-class,and the last 3-year accumulative total investment in the 21 community health service centers investigated reached 29.7417 million yuan.The average population served by each community health service centre was summed up to about 66.4 thousand.Only a few staff in part of the centers received general practice education.Internal medicine was the major speciality for the most staff of community health service centers,with no distinguishing feature of general practice.Nowadays,all of the 46 community health service centers became the medicare-designating institutions.Conclusion Community health service in Hangzhou city has gained great social and economic benefits,but some urgent problems remained to be resolved.
