硫化氢中毒损伤的特点、临床表现和紧急救治原则

目的 研究硫化氢(H2S)吸入中毒损伤的特点、临床表现和紧急救治原则。方法 参考硫化氢中毒的基础研究及救治文献，结合多年的化学毒物基础研究和临床急救经验，总结硫化氢吸入中毒损伤的特点和救治措施。结果 硫化氢急性中毒的临床表现决定于吸入硫化氢的浓度和时间，靶器官是神经系统和呼吸系统，现场措施对硫化氢中毒的恢复最为重要，应尽快应用H2S解毒剂，维持呼吸系统功能。结论 必须了解硫化氢吸入中毒损伤的特点，建立周密有效的抢救计划和措施，才能取得良好的抢救效果。

Injury Character and First-aid about acute Hydrogen Sulfide Intoxication

Objective To study injury character about acute hydrogen sulfide intoxication and establish first-aid act.Methods Reference on basic research and clinical first-aid about hydrogen sulfide was cited.Based on our biological research about chemical poison and clinical first-aid,injury character and clinical first-aid act about acute hydrogen sulfide intoxication were summarized.Results Clinical behave after hydrogen sulfide intoxication was determined by concentration and poisoning time.Center nervous system and respiratory system is injury aim apparatus.The key for hydrogen sulfide poisoning patient recovery is field measure.Antidote against hydrogen sulfide intoxication is used as soon as possible and function of respiratory system is maintained.Conclusion It is necessary to grasp injury character and set rescue project and rescue can be timely and successful.
