| 摘 要： | 目的初步探讨中医特色糖尿病健康教育对2型糖尿病患者自我照顾行为的效果及患者自我照顾行为变化的影响因素。方法采用方便取样法,将社区2型糖尿病患者分为干预组和对照组,对干预组实施为期5个月的中医特色糖尿病健康教育,分别在干预前、后对两组患者进行糖尿病自我照顾行为调查。结果干预组干预后总自我照顾行为、血糖监测、足部护理以及高、低血糖的处理方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。影响患者自我照顾行为的变化的因素有：干预、年龄、人均收入水平、干预前自我照顾行为。结论中医特色糖尿病健康教育对患者长期的自我照顾行为有正性影响,是可行的健康教育方式。干预、年龄、人均收入水平、干预前自我照顾行为对患者自我照顾行为的变化有影响。
