昆山市第一人民医院组建医院集团的实践与探索

在目前的医药卫生体制改革中，医院集团这一新生事物如雨后春笋在我国部分城市相继出现，这对我国的医疗机构改革产生了有力的推动作用。但我们看到，大部分新组建的医院集团不仅运作不规范、管理不到位，同时还忽略了社区卫生服务的工作。从江苏省昆山市第一人民医院组建医院集团的成功实践来看，把社区卫生服务纳入医院集团的管理范围，并重视其在医院集团中的地位与作用，既能较好地实现组建集团的目标，同时又能满足社会对卫生服务的需要。

Practice and explore to build up the hospital group in the first people's hospital of Kunshan

The hospital group is a new phenomenon in hospitals reforming in China. It improves the reforming of hospital organization effectively. But we have seen that many of new hospital groups are not only imperfect in management and performance, but also lack of the community health center inside. From the succeed experience of the first people's hospital of Kunshan, the hospital group should accepts a community health center inside. It is helpful to realize the goal for hospital group and also meets the health care needs from society.
