大黄联合甘草酸二铵治疗慢性肝炎的疗效观察

目的观察大黄与甘草酸二铵联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法将符合要求的慢性乙型肝炎患者290例随机分为A(n=92)、B(n=98)和C组(n=100),分别给予大黄联合甘草酸二铵、甘草酸二铵及大黄治疗,疗程1～2个月,观察3组患者的临床症状、肝功能、门静脉及脾静脉等恢复情况。结果3组患者组内治疗前、后比较ALT、TSB间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后,A、B两组患者ALT及其平均复常天数优于C组,组间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.01);A组患者的TSB及其平均复常天数优于B、C两组,组间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.01);3组患者门静脉和脾静脉的平均宽度治疗前、后间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论联合大黄和甘草酸二铵组治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效优于单用甘草酸二铵组和大黄组。

Observation on Curative Effects of Rhubarb Combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Treating Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To observe the effects of rhubarb combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods 290 patients with chronic hepatitis B were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups:group A(n=92),group B(n=98),group C(n=100),then treated respectively with rhubarb combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate,diammonium glycyrrhizinate and rhubarb.The course of treatment was one to two months.The change of clinical symptoms,liver function,portal vein and splenic vein were observed.Results After the treatment,the level of ALT and TSB was significantly lower than that before the treatment in each group(P<0.01);after the treatment,the level of ALT and average time of recovering normality in group A and B were obviously less than that in group C(P<0.01);the level of TSB and average time of recovering normality in group A were obviously less than that in group B and C,there was significant difference among the groups(P<0.01).The change of portal vein and splenic vein were not significantly different in the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chronic hepatitis B treated by rhubarb combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate was better than rhubarb or diammonium glycyrrhizinate only.
