下肢骨骨折后骨不愈合的原因及治疗分析

目的总结下肢骨骨不愈合的病因和治疗策略。方法63例下肢骨骨折患者中经历1次手术治疗者42例,2次手术治疗者15例,3次以上手术治疗者3例,采用保守治疗者3例;于我院行手术治疗后,均骨性愈合。分析其临床资料。结果63例患者骨折愈合时间为5～20个月,平均6.3个月,其中57例(90.5%)患者肢体活动优,无跛行等后遗症,6例(9.5%)患者遗留并发症。结论血供差、骨折复位效果差、骨缺损、感染、软组织嵌入等局部因素是导致骨不愈合的主要原因;针对不同原因采用个性化手术方案可望取得良好疗效。

Causes and Treatment of Disunited Fracture in Lower Limbs

Objective To summarize the causes and treatment of disunited fracture in lower limbs.Methods Among 63 patients,42 had received operative treatments once,15 twice,3 more than 3 times and 3 had received conservative treatment.After operations in our hospital,there appeared bony union in all of the patients.Results The bony union time was from 5 to 20 months with an average of 6.3 months.In 57 patients(90.5%),limb action was normal,without sequelae;In 6 patients(9.5%)appeared complications.Conclusion The main causes of bony ununion are part factors,such as insufficient blood supply,bad effects of fracture setting,bone defects,infection and inserted soft tissue,etc.Individual operation programs in accordance with different causes show promise of success.
