高血压患者健康档案管理效果评价

目的 评价高血压健康档案管理的效果,探讨社区高血压综合防治的有效方法 .方法 采用问卷调查的方式对北京市石景山区永乐西小区152例高血压患者进行为期1年的健康档案系统管理、规范治疗、定期随访,对比分析健康教育后患者血压、危险度分层、高血压相关知识知晓率等方面的变化.结果 152例患者血压控制率为71.1%.152例高血压患者健康档案管理前后危险度分层阃差异无统计学意义(P=0.08).健康档案管理前后152例患者对高血压的标准、并发症、戒烟限酒、合理运动、规律服药、自测血压的知晓率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 高血压的健康档案系统管理能提高高血压的控制率,是综合防治高血压的有效方法 .

Evaluation of Health Archive Management of Hypertension Patients

Objective To evaluate health archive management of hypertension patients,to explore effective community prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods A questionnaire survey was performed on one-year health archive system management,standardized treatment,regular follow-up,and patients' blood pressure,risk stratification and hypertension-related knowledge awareness after health education in 152 hypertension patients in West Yongle community of Shijingshan District.Results Blood pressure control rate was 71.05% in all.There was no significant difference in risk stratification between pre-and post-establishment of health archive management(u=1.75,P=0.08).Patients' knowledge on hypertension standards,complications,restriction of smoking and alcohol,reasonable exercises,regular medicine-taking,and self-measurement of blood pressure was improved significantly after establishment of health archive management(P<0.01).Conclusion Health archive management of hypertension patients can improve the control rate of hypertension,and is an effective approach to prevention and treatment of hypertension.
