| 摘 要： | 目的 建立适合社区人群的冠心病规范化管理方法.方法 采用文献研究法、专家咨询法并组织专家会议,经过3次论证,建立<冠心病社区规范化管理建议>.结果 明确了全科医生必须熟悉掌握的相关冠心病知识范围,建立了冠心病社区治疗的规范、冠心病社区管理要求以及对冠心病患者规范化管理评价标准.结论 <冠心病社区规范化管理建议>的建立使社区全科医生对冠心病患者的管理有章可循,该建议着重体现实用性、方便性,突出冠心病患者的社区连续性服务,值得推广. |

| Abstract: | Objective To find out methods of standardized management of coronary heart disease(CHD) appropriate for community population.Methods Expert meetings were held and 3 feasibilitiy studies were done to establish "Proposals for Standardized Community-based Management of CHD"("Propasals" for short)by methods of literature research and expert advice.Results The "Proposals" defined the knowledge extents relate to CHD which general practitioners must grasp,and established the norms of community CHD treatment,the requirements for CHD community management and the evaluation criteria for standardized management of CHD patients.Conclusion The "Proposals",a good rule which general practitioners should follow in community CHD management,reflects focus on practicality,convenience and continuity of community services for CHD patients.It is worth popularizing. |
