重庆市推广五项农村中医适宜技术的反馈信息及对策研究

目的 调查重庆市农村三级医疗卫生机构的医生对卫生适宜技术的需求情况及原因,为农村卫生适宜技术的筛选提供依据.方法 采用现场调查研究,以目标条件抽样和分层随机抽样相结合的方法,对5个项目县的医生进行问卷调查.结果 农村三级医疗卫生机构医生对适宜技术的知晓率较低.对于适宜技术的特点,县、村卫生机构侧重疗效,乡镇卫生机构侧重经济性.对技术的需求方面,县、乡卫生机构主要集中于西医技术方面,需求的主要原因为患者多、目前缺少其他有效技术;村卫生机构主要集中于农村常见病的中医技术方面,需求的原因为目前缺少其他有效技术,其不愿意参加适宜技术培训的主要原因是无法承担相应费用.结论 县、乡、村卫生机构医生的适宜技术需求不同,卫生政策制定者需综合考虑各方面因素,筛选出适合当地县、乡、村各级卫生机构的适宜技术.

Feedback Information on Implementation of Chinese Medicine Appropriate Technology in Chongqing and the Countermeasure
