体外受精─胚胎移植治疗不孕症(附20周期分析)

目的探讨体外受精－胚胎移植（InvitrofertilizationandembryoTransferIVF－ET）治疗不孕症的效果。方法对18例不孕症妇女实施20周期IVF－ET治疗。采用BuserelinFSH／HMG／HCG或FSH／HMG／HCG方案控制起排卵，B型超声为主监测卵泡发育；阴道超声引导下穿刺取卵；上游法处理精液，Earle’s平衡盐液进行体外受精及增养。Tom导管进行宫腔内胚胎移植。结果均每周期取卵6．7个，卵细胞回收率74％，受精率88％，卵裂率74％，获4例临床妊娠．1例生化妊娠，妊娠率25％。结论IVF－ET是治疗输卵性不孕最有效的方法。

The treatment of infertility on in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

objective To investigate the effect on an in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer intreatment of infertility. Methods Eighteen women(twenty Cycles) with infertility were enrolled in anIVF-ET program. Buserclin/FSH/HMG/HCG and FSH/HMG/HCG regimens for ovulation inductionwere used. Mornitoring methods was daily folicular ultrasonography. Accupunctures under viginal ul-trasonography for oocyte retrieval were performed. The swim-up method was used on specimen Collec-tion and Earle's Saline was used for culture. The embryo retrieval was performed with Tom tube. Re-sults An average of 6. 7 oocytes recovered for one case. The recovery, the fertilization and the dividingrate was 74%, 88% and 74%respectively- In eighteen women four clinical and one chemical pregnancyoccurred. Pregnance rate was 25%. Conclusion IVF-ET is the effective method to treat the fertility offallopian tube.
