沙眼衣原体感染所致不孕症68例腹腔镜检查分析

目的 探讨沙眼衣原体（CT）感染对女性不孕的影响，选择适当的治疗方式。方法 观察238倒不孕症患者腹腔镜检查的各种镜下表现，其中沙眼衣原体感染合并不孕症患者68例为观察组，另170例不孕症患者作为对照组。比较两组患者腹腔镜下的不同表现，并追踪两组患者术后1年的妊娠率。结果 两组患者盆腔粘连、输卵管异常和子宫表面炎性渗出的发生率及子宫内膜异位症的发生率间差别均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。68例患者在腹腔镜下盆腔均有不同程度的异常表现。两组患者术后1年的妊娠率间差别有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论 CT感染导致女性不孕的原因是多方面的，对于合并CT感染的不孕症患者，使用腹腔镜检查可全面明确盆腔情况，做出生育评估，对症处理而提高疗效。

An Analysis of the Performance of Laparoscope in 68 Patients of Infertility Caused by Chalmydial Trachomatis Infection

Objective To inquire the influence of chalmydial trachomatis ( CT ) infection for infertility,and select the suitable methods.Methods The various performance of laparoscope of the 238 non-pregnant patients were observed,among them 68 cases caused by CT infection as the observation group,and other patients of 170 cases as the contrast.The gestation rate of the patients was traced after 1 year.Results The occurring rate of pelvic cavity adhesion,oviduct abnormality and the substance of inflammation transudatory on uterine in observation team are more than contrast ( P<0.05 ).But the occurring rate of endometrium heterotopy in contrast group is more than observation ( P<0.05 ).68 cases of observation group existed abnormal expression under laparoscope.The gestation rate of observation group after 1 year is 19.12% ( 13/68 ),it is clearly lower than the contrast group 30.59% ( 52/170 ) ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion There are many causes for infertility caused by CT infection.As for the patients of merging CT infection,using laparoscopy can generally check the process of pelvic cavity,make right assess,deal with it according to systems and improve the therapeutic effect.
