全国社区卫生服务现状调查--2000～2002年全国社区卫生服务机构总支出分析

目的了解2000~2002年全国社区卫生服务机构的支出情况。方法对61个市区所属的708个社区卫生服务机构的支出情况进行问卷调查。结果在社区卫生服务机构的支出结构中,药品所占比重最高,人员经费支出其次。结论社区卫生服务机构的支出大幅度增加,过度依赖销售药品来弥补开支,从而影响社区卫生服务机构的功能定位,应控制社区卫生服务的支出流向,完善社区卫生服务功能。

Analysis of the Expense of Community Health Service Institutions in 2000-2002

Objective To find out the expenses in the community health service centers and stations in 2000-2002.Methods The surveys were done by the questionnaires on the expending in 708 community health service centers and stations,which are located in 61 cities.Results Among these institutions,the expenses of drug occupied the highest ratio,the outlay of stuff was the second.Conclusion As a whole,the expenses of the community health service centers and stations increased greatly,so they have to relay on selling drugs to balance income and expenses,and it will influence the function orientation of community health service.
