| 摘 要： | 目的 分析良性前列腺增生(BPH)合并慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者的临床特点及意义.方法 BPH患者92例,按是否合并CP分为单纯组(24例)和合并组(68例),比较两组患者年龄、前列腺体积、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、前列腺特异性抗原密度(PSAD)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)的差异.结果 合并组患者年龄、前列腺体积、PSA、PSAD、IPSS评分及QOL评分较单纯组均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 BPH患者多伴CP,炎症会加重BPH患者的下尿路症状,而增生前列腺易并发感染,两者相互诱导.
