| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨头皮透刺电针疗法、穴位注射治疗中风后遗症的临床效果.方法 选取符合纳入标准的中风后遗症患者200例,随机分为两组,治疗组100例应用双侧头皮透刺疗法加电针,对照组100例应用双侧头皮透刺疗法,两组均结合体针及穴位注射治疗6个疗程,观察疗效,并观察随访3个月后疗效.结果 治疗组疗程结束后疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).3个月后随访疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 该联合疗法治疗中风后遗症疗效显著,可明显改善中风后遗症患者的临床症状和生活质量,值得继续深入研究和推广应用.
