| 摘 要： | 目的 应用TOPSIS法评价沈阳市四郊区社区卫生服务中心的运行状况,探讨其主要影响因素,提出改进对策与建议.方法 采用TOPSIS法对沈阳市四郊区24个社区卫生服务中心进行综合评价,并应用多元逐步回归分析探寻综合评价的主要影响因素.结果 在TOPSIS评价结果中,苏湖西、新城子、英达、平罗、泉园、解放和沙岭等社区卫生服务中心位于前七位.回归分析结果共有五个因素进入模型,分别是人均总支出、培训率、人均业务用房面积、中高级职称比、门急诊次均费用等.结论 TOPSIS分析方法简单实用,结果可靠.政府应加强对社区卫生服务机构的投入,特别是加强对中心卫生技术人员的培养. |
