| 摘 要： | 轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)是老年期痴呆的高危状态,早期发现MCI的危险因素并进行积极干预意义重大。本文从生物学因素、社会学因素、遗传因素、疾病因素、生活行为方式、药物因素及心理状态等方面对MCI危险因素的最新研究进展进行综述,为MCI的预防提供依据。

| Abstract: | Mild cognitive impairment(MCI) is a high-risk state of dementia and early detection of risk factors and positive intervention is of great importance.This paper reviews the research progress of risk factors of MCI in terms of sociological factors,genetic factors,disease factors,life style,drug factors and mental state in order to provide evidence for the prevention of MCI. |
