丹蒌片联合低分子肝素和华法林治疗老年卧床患者急性期下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效观察

目的探讨丹蒌片联合低分子肝素、华法林治疗老年卧床患者急性期下肢深静脉血栓形成(LDVT)的临床效果。方法 60例老年卧床急性期LDVT患者随机分为试验组30例和对照组30例,试验组采用丹蒌片联合低分子肝素、华法林抗凝治疗,对照组采用低分子肝素、华法林抗凝治疗,对比观察临床疗效。结果试验组30例患者,治愈18例,显效9例,好转2例,无效1例;对照组30例患者,治愈10例,显效6例,好转3例,无效11例;两组治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹蒌片联合低分子肝素、华法林治疗老年卧床患者急性期LDVT效果显著。

Clinical Analysis of Danlou Tablets Combined with Low-Molecular-Weight Heparin and Warfarin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Acute Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danlou tablets combined with low-molecular-weight heparin and warfarin in treating elderly patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity(LDVT).Methods 60 elderly patients with LDVT were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with Danlou tablets combined with low-molecular-weight heparin and warfarin,while the control group was treated with low-molecular-weight heparin and warfarin.Clinical effect of two groups was compared.Results Among the 30 cases in treatment group,18 cases were cured,9 cases were significantly improved,2 cases were improved and 1 case was invalid.Among the 30 cases in control group,10 cases were cured,6 cases were significantly improved,3 cases were improved and 11 cases were invalid.The clinical effect of the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Danlou tablets combined with low-molecular-weight heparin and warfarin has good clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with LDVT.
