针刺治疗慢性肾衰竭并发消化功能紊乱30例疗效观察

目的观察针刺治疗慢性肾衰竭并发消化功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性肾衰竭并发消化功能紊乱患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组采用针刺治疗,对照组采用多潘立酮片治疗,两组均治疗2周后观察疗效。结果治疗组显效7例,有效18例,无效5例;对照组显效4例,有效16例,无效10例,两组疗效间差异无统计学意义(u=0.082,P>0.05)。治疗前两组患者的症状总积分间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的症状总积分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的各症状评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的上腹胀、早饱症状评分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而其他症状评分间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺治疗慢性肾衰竭并发消化功能紊乱疗效与西药多潘立酮片相当,但在改善腹胀、早饱症状方面其疗效优于多潘立酮片。

Efficacy of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure in Patients with Digestive Disorders: An Analysis of 30 Cases

Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic renal failure in patients with digestive disorders.Methods 60 patients with chronic renal failure complicated by digestive disorders were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture treatment and the control group was treated with Domperidone Tablets.The two groups were treated for two weeks,and then the efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results In treatment group,7 cases were significantly improved,18 cases were improved and 5 cases were invalid.In control group,4 cases were significantly improved,16 cases were improved and 10 cases were invalid.The differences between the two groups were not statistically significant(u=0.082,P>0.05).The total symptom scores of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),but the scores showed statistically significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).The differences of each symptom score between the two groups were not statistically significant before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of bloating and early satiety between the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),but other symptoms showed no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic renal failure complicated by digestive disorders is pretty much the same as Domperidone tablets,but acupuncture treatment does better on improving the symptoms of bloating and early satiety.
