多发伤院前院内一体化急救探讨

目的探讨多发伤院前院内一体化急救模式及其效果。方法结合院前急救和院内抢救等综合治疗,实行院前快速有效的基础创伤生命维护,院内早期综合复苏,选择合理术式施行手术和重症监护,完成对多发伤的一体化治疗。结果115例多发伤患者治愈93例,死亡22例。结论院前院内一体化急救模式是有效治疗多发伤患者的先进模式,具有推广应用价值。

Discussion on Integrated Pre-and In-hopital Emergency Treatment of Multi-trauma

Objective To find out modes of integrated pre-and in-hospital treatment of multi-trauma and their effects.Methods Based on the principle of such combined treatments as pre-hospital care and in-hospital rescue,rapid and effective basic life preservation before hospital and early comprehensive recovery in hospital should be carried out,and reasonable methods of operations and intensive care should be chosen,to complete integrated treatment of multi-trauma.Results Ninety-three of 115 multi-trauma patients were cured,and 22 died.Conclusion Integrated pre-and in-hoapital first-aid is a more effective treatment of multi-trauma,which is of great promotional value.
