无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的体会

目的总结无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者临床经验。方法使用美国Bard公司产品,对168例腹股沟疝患者进行无张力疝修补术治疗。结果168例均手术成功。术后阴囊水肿4例(2.3%),尿潴留2例(1.1%),伤口积血1例(0.5%),无一例切口感染。结论无张力疝修补术方法简便、适用范围广、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少。手术操作体会:(1)充分治学;(2)疝囊高位游离;(3)避免损伤生殖神经、髂腹股沟神经和髂腹下神经,减少术后疼痛;(4)补片要平整放置,不能卷曲。

Tension-free Herniorrhaphy in Inguinal Hernia

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of tension-free herniorrhaphy in treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods Using products of US Bard Company,tension-free hernirrhaphy was performed on 168 patients with inguinal hernia.Results All surgeries were successful.After operation,4 patients presented with scrotal edema(2.3%),2 with urinary retention(1.1%),1 with wound haematocele(0.5%),and no wound infection was found.Conclusion Tension-free hernirrhaphy is a convenient method with a wide serviceable range,with less postoperation pain,faster recovery and fewer complications.Key points of operation are as following:(1) Full scholarship;(2) High liberation of hernial sac;(3) To avoid damaging nerves of reproduction,ilioinguinalis and iliohypogastricus to reduce postoperative pain;(4) Patches to be placed flatly to avoid being curly.
