川芎素联用硝苯地平对原发性高血压病患者血脂和血压的影响

目的 观察川芎素联用硝苯地平对原发性高血压病(EH)患者血脂和血压(BP)的影响,以探讨其调脂和额外降压作用.方法 采用随机、单盲法将60例原发性高血压病患者分为A、B两组,A组30例口服硝苯地平 川芎素 低脂饮食,B组30例口服硝苯地平 安慰剂 低脂饮食,疗程均为4周,分别在治疗前、后检测患者的血脂和血压.结果 治疗后两组患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平间差别均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后两组患者的血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平间差别均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平间差别无统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组患者的药物不良反应率间差别无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 川芎素联用硝苯地平对原发性高血压病患者具有调脂和额外降压作用.

Effects of Chuanxiongsu Plus Nifedipine on Blood Lipid and Blood Pressure in Essential Hypertension Patients

Objective To observe the effects of Chuanxiongsu plus nifedipine on blood lipid and blood pressure(BP) in essential hypertension(EH) patients to explore its role in regulating lipid and additionally lowering BP.Methods A randomized and single-blind method was used to divide 60 EH patients into two groups.Group A(n=30) were treated with oral nidedipine in combination with placebo,CHuanxiongsu and low-fat diet,while group B with oral nifedipine with low-fat diet.Both treatments lasted 4 weeks.The patients' blood lipid and BP were detected before and after the treatment,respectively.Results Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were significantly lower after treatment than before;high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) increased significantly after treament,and it was higher in group A than in group B(P<0.05).BP was significantly decreased after treatment in both groups,but more in group A than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Chuanxiongsu in combination with nifedipine is in the role of regulating blood lipid and additionally lowering BP in EH patients.
