帕尼培南-倍他米隆治疗重症下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及药敏试验研究

目的　评价帕尼培南 -倍他米隆对于重症下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及对痰分离菌的体外抗菌活性。方法　将 75例重症下呼吸道细菌性感染患者随机分为试验组和对照组 ,观察帕尼培南 -倍他米隆的临床疗效 ;对痰分离菌进行帕尼培南 -倍他米隆和亚胺培南 -西司他丁药敏试验。结果　试验组和对照组的临床痊愈率分别为 6 5 8%和6 2 2 % ,细菌清除率分别为 82 1%和 84 6 % ,两组间差别均无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　帕尼培南 -倍他米隆治疗重症下呼吸道感染疗效可靠并具有良好的体外抗菌活性

A study on the clinical efficacy and antibiotic susceptibility test of panipenem-betamipron in the treatment of severe infection of lower respiratory tract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of panipenem-betamipron in the treatment of severe infection of lower respiratory tract in RICU and antibiotic activity to isolated bacteria from sputums in vitro.Methods A randomized control study of panipenem-betamipron vs imipenem-cilastatin in the treatment of 75 patients with severe infection of lower respiratory tract was carried out.The efficacy of panipenem-betamipron will be evaluated,and the susceptibility test of isolated bacteria will be made.Results The total effective rates of panipenem-betamipron and imipenem-cilastatin were 65.8% and 62.2%,and bacterial eradication rates were 82.1 and 84.6% respectively.Conclusion Panipenem-betamipron is effective in treating severe infection of lower respiratory tract in RICU and have good antibiotic activitiesin vitro.
