| 摘 要： | 目的对全国社区卫生服务部门的服务量进行综合评价.方法利用RSR按任意系数进行编秩的综合评价方法,分别对全国200个社区卫生服务中心、508个社区卫生服务站在2000～2002年的4项服务量指标进行综合评价.并分别对其所在城市和区域的综合评价结果进行比较.结果拟合RSR值与概率单位直线回归方程时,中心和站两个R2均＞0.975;分4档时差异性假设检验,总体上P=0.001,且4个分档间的两两比较均有差异;进行方差齐性检验结果均P＞0.05.结论从区域上,西、中、东部的服务量逐渐升高;从城市角度（尤其对服务中心而言）,越繁华的城市,服务量相应也越高.

| Abstract: | Objective To take a comprehensive evaluation on service quantities of Chinese community health service.Methods By the comprehensive evaluation of RSR with rank in the light of arbitrarily coefficient,service quantities of 200 centers and 508 stations of health service were evaluated.Results 2 R-square values were bigger than 0.975; the hypothesis testing of 4 grades was P=0.001,and the pair comparisons had statistical significances; the testing of homogeneity of variances was P>0.05.Conclusion The service quantities in the west,middle,and east parts increased gradually.Moreover,the more flourishing an area was,the better the service quantity was. |
