嗜人按蚊不同发育阶段蛋白质二维电泳图谱的比较研究

摘    要:嗜人按蚊卵、二令幼虫、四令幼虫、蛹和成虫蛋白质经二维电泳后分别显示多肽斑点160、266、296、266和234个。除了二令和四令幼虫分别显示4个和8个分子量大于94KD的多肽斑点外,其它多肽斑点均分布在94KD以下范围,其中尤以30KD以下为多。它们集中在pH6.68以下和pH8.35以上两个区域内。

Abstract:2-Dimensional gel electrophoresis of the eggs, the second and fourth instar larvae, pupae and adults of An, anthropophagus were performed and 160, 266, 296, and 234 polypeptide spots were found respectively.The molecular weight of most of the polypeptide spots was less than 30 kDa with their isoelectric points below 6.68 or above 8.35. The dynamic change of polypeptide spots in different developing stages are discussed.
