摘    要:用普通生物电放大器检测体表窦房结电图,发现T波较小时,P前波清晰,T波较大并下冲超过基线时,P前波受耦合电容器充放电的影响而难以辨认。移动背部电极后部分受检者T波减小,此影响基本消除,部分受检者则不能消除。模拟实验证实耦合电容器充放电伪差由高大T波引起。建议研制专用仪器,彻底消除由普通生物电放大器所引起的记录伪差。食道窦房结电图因受多种因素干扰较难记录成功。

Abstract:In recording body sinus node eletrogram (SNEb) with bioelectric amplifier, wefound that when T wave was smaller, the sinus node electric Potential (Pre-p wave)was clear, when T wave was bigger and with its descending part down below the baseline,the Pre-p wave could not be distinguished because of the disturbance of charging anddischarging electricity. If the electrodes were kept moving on patients' back, the T wavebecame smaller, and such disturbance nearly disappeared on some subjects. The artifactof charging and discharging caused by big T wave was testified in the initative and canine'sexperiments. It is suggested that we have to invent a special equipment to completelyeliminate such artifact caused by general bioelectric amplifier. we also noticed that sitwas difficult to record a clear esophageal sinus node electrogram (SNEe).
