| Abstract: | Construction of a reasonable system of urban land rights would help to make full use of urban land and prevent waste of land resources. The urban land rights of civil law countries and regions were usufruct on the ground, easement, easement for special people, right of pawn and so on. China should learn from the experience of other countries and combine with specific national conditions to construct own city land rights system. |
