沭阳县乡镇医院人力资源现况分析

目的:通过对沭阳县部分乡镇医院卫生人力资源状况的调查与分析,发现其中存在的问题,探讨政府在乡镇医院卫生人力的提高?培养?引进等方面承担的责任,以及政府履行职能的措施?途径和方法?方法:采用问卷调查的方式,对人力资源基本资料的总量?学历?职称构成进行整合?结果:获得沭阳县部分乡镇医院卫生人力资源的基本现状?存在问题为改制以来沭阳县乡镇医院卫生人力资源总量不足,总体素质不高等?结论:改制后沭阳县乡镇医院人力队伍各方面情况改善不明显?政府以及各相关部门要积极做好乡镇医院卫生人力资源配置规划,搭建促进人才提高的平台,提升乡镇医院现有卫生人员业务素质,督促乡镇医院要做好卫生人力的定位和培养方案?

Analysis of human resources of Shuyang township hospitals

Objective:To investigate and analyze the human resources of Shuyang township hospitals,discuss the responsibility and measures of the government in improving,cultivating and importing human resources. Methods:The questionnaire was used to integrate the total amount,education and professional title of human resources. Results:The basic situation of Shuyang township hospitals showed that the amount of the human resources was inadequate and the quality was also unsatisfied after reform. Conclusion:There was less effective improvement in situation of human resources of Shuyang township hospitals after reform. Government and relevant departments should design a health human resources planning of township hospitals,construct a platform of developing talents,improve the existing health personnel in township hospitals,and urge the township hospitals to formulate a good program of orientation and training health workforce.
