胎盘细胞凋亡与妊娠肝内胆汁瘀积症关系的研究

摘    要:目的 :从胎盘细胞凋亡的表达差异探讨妊娠肝内胆汁瘀积症 (intrahepaticcholestasisofpregnancy ,ICP)围产儿死亡原因。方法 :2 9例妊娠肝内胆汁瘀积症胎盘和 5例正常胎盘 ,分别进行光镜检查、原位细胞凋亡标记实验和 p5 3基因mRNA原位细胞杂交实验。结果 :正常胎盘的细胞凋亡率为 9 11% ,ICP的细胞凋亡率为 2 8 47% ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;p5 3基因在ICP胎盘组织中未见阳性表达。结论 :妊娠肝内胆汁瘀积症胎盘组织的细胞凋亡水平明显高于正常胎盘组织 ,ICP围产儿死亡率高的原因可能与其胎盘组织的细胞凋亡水平增加有关 ;ICP胎盘组织的细胞凋亡可能是非 p5 3基因依赖的。

Abstract:Objective:To study the relation between the causes of death of perinates in ICP and apoptosis in their placentas. Methods:Twenty nine ICP placentas were excised from patients with ICP. Morphological changes, cell apoptosis and expression of apoptotic associated gene p53 in ICP placenta were studied by microscope. TUNEL and situ hybridization respectively. Results:The rate of apoptosis in normal placenta was 9.11% and in ICP placenta 28.47%. (P<0.05). There was no p53 gene express in ICP placenta. Conclusion:The cell apoptosis of ICP placenta is higher than normal placenta. There may be a relationship between perinatal infants mortality of ICP and cell apoptosis in placenta. The placental cell apoptosis is p53 independent.
