马蔺子素在鼻咽癌放疗中增敏作用的临床研究

目的：评价马蔺子素（商品名：安卡）对算咽癌放射治疗的增敏作用及毒副反应，方法：145例经病理确诊为息咽低分化鳞癌患者，被随机分为试验组与对照组，两组遗嘱者均采用相同的放疗计划，试验组在放疗同时给预安卡110mg，每天2次，直到放疗结事，对照组单纯放疗，采用增每比（ER）和肿瘤的局部控制情况，邓部分缓解（PR），完全缓解（CR）作为增敏的评介指标，结果：无论原发灶还是转移灶，达到PR和CR的平均放疗剂量试验组均明显低于对照组，治疗结束时的CR率试验组明显高于对照组，原发灶PR和CR分别为1．17，1．07，转移灶RP和CR的ER分别为1．20，1．05，毒副反应方面，试验组消化道的毒副反应如恶心，呕吐及腹泻较对照组多，但反应轻，患者能够耐受，结果：安卡鼻咽癌原发灶和转移灶均具有放射增敏作用，毒副反应较轻。

Clinical Study on NPC Radiosensitization of Irrisquinones

Objective:To observe the radiosensitization and side-effects of irrisquinones in combination with radiotherapy in patients with nasopharygeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods:One hundred and forty five cases of pathologically proven NPC were randomizedly divided into trial group and control group. The dosage and method of radiation were identical in the two groups. The patients of trial group were treated with radiotherapy combined with irrisquinones 110 mg twice daily throught treatment. The patients of control group received radiotherapy alone. Enhancement Ratio(ER) and local control of carcinoma (PR,CR) were used to evaluate the radiosensitizaiton of irrisquinones. Results:Whether primary or metastatic focus, the average radiation dosage of PR and CR in the trial group were lower than those in control; CR in the trial group were superior to that in control. ER of trial and control group were 1.17 and 1.07 respectively in primary focus, and it was 1.20 and 1.05 respectively in metastatic focus. Patients in the trial group had more gastrointestinal side-effects such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, but they were mild and well tolerated. Conclusion:Irrisquinones in combination with radiotherapy in treatment of NPC can increase the complete remission rate and its side-effects were well tolerated.
