| 摘 要： | 30例自发性气胸进行胸膜腔造影,肺大疱显示率为90％,明显高于普通X线检查,分别是囊肿型、广基表浅型、局部肺透亮型、单纯溢气型和混合型,其中13例见大疱破口溢气。此方法简单易行,无严重副作用,并为本病诊断及治疗提供了生动的影像学资料。

| Abstract: | Thirty cases of spontaneous pneumothorax were studied by contrast pleurography. Bulla was obvious in 27 cases, whereas 13 cases showed air leakage. No side effects were observed during and after the manipulation. |
