| 摘 要： | 目的：评价国产辛伐他汀调节血脂的疗效安全性。方法１２２例原发性高脂血症病人随机分入国产辛伐他汀（６１例）组和进口辛伐他汀（舒降之，６１例）组。剂量１０ｍｇ，每日１次，疗程１２周，结果辛伐他汀组降低胆固醇、甘油三酯和动脉粥样硬化指数的有效率分别为８６．９％、６５．６％和７３．８％，与进口辛伐他汀组无显著差异。两组不良反应发生率为１３．１％和１６．４％，无显著差异。结论国产辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症与进口辛

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of d om estic simvastatin. Methods 122 patients with primary hyperlipidemia w ere randomly received domestic simvastatin or ZOCOR (MSD) in daily dose of 10 mg for 12 weeks. Results After 12 weeks treatment, the total response r ates for TC, TG and TC-HDL-c/HDL-c were 86 9%,65.6% and 73.8%, respectively in domestic simvastatin group. There was no significant difference in response r ates between two groups, and so did the rates of adverse reactions (13.1% vs 16. 4%). Conclusion Domestic simvastatin is an effective and safe drug i n treating hyperlipidemia. |
