| 摘 要： | 目的:检测水通道蛋白4(AQP4)在胃癌组织中的表达和分布,探讨其在胃癌发生中的可能作用.方法:在临床取胃癌组织标本应用RT-PCR、Western-blot及免疫组织化学的方法检测AQP4在胃癌及正常组织中的表达及分布.结果:AQP4主要分布在正常胃底及胃体的壁细胞及主细胞的基底侧,细胞浆中表达较低,而在肿瘤细胞中表达则表达缺失.结论:AQP4在胃黏膜上皮细胞表达较高,而在胃癌组织中表达缺失.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression and distribution of aquaporin4(AQP4) in gastric carcinoma tissue and analyze its clinical significance. Methods:The gastric carcinoma tissues were obtained and the expression and distribution of AQP4 in carcinoma and normal stomach tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry,RT-PCR and Western-blot analysis respectively. Results:AQP4 was expressed mainly in the normal gastric tissue basal side of parietal cell and principal cell and absent in carcinoma tissues. Conclusion:AQP4 is mainly expressed in normal stomach tissue and not found in carcinoma tissues. |
