新辅助化疗对乳腺癌激素受体表达和状态的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨新辅助化疗对乳腺癌激素受体表达强度和表达状态的影响。方法:检测新辅助化疗组和对照组(未新辅助化疗)的乳腺癌患者化疗前或术前空芯针穿刺标本和最后手术切除的肿瘤组织雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)的表达情况,并比较两组手术前后ER和PR表达变化的差异。结果:新辅助化疗组60例,ER、PR表达强度发生改变分别为18.3%(11/60)和13.3%(8/60),ER、PR状态发生改变分别为6.7%(4/60)和3.3%(2/60);对照组60例,ER、PR表达强度发生改变分别为15%(9/60)和10%(6/60),ER、PR状态发生改变分别为5.0%(3/60)和3.3%(2/60),两组ER、PR表达强度及表达状态均有改变,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:新辅助化疗对乳腺癌患者的ER、PR表达强度和表达状态的改变无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the expression and status of estrogen and progesterone receptor in breast cancer. Methods: Quantitative ER/PR expression was analyzed in pre-neoadjuvant (neoadjuvant group) or preoperative(control group) core biopsies and final surgical specimens. Changes between the two groups were compared to determine if alterations were due to neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Results: Sixty cases were enrolled in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy group, the changes of ER and PR expression were 18.3%(11/60)and 13.3%(8/60) respectively; the changes of ER and PR status were 6.7%(4/60)and 3.3%(2/60) respectively. In the control group, the changes of ER and PR expression were 15%(9/60) and 10%(6/60) respectively; the changes of ER and PR status were 5%(3/60) and 3.3%(2/60) respectively .All alteration of two groups was not significant. Conclusion: The effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on expression and status of ER, PR are not obvious.
