莪术对实验性功能性消化不良大鼠胃排空的影响

目的：观察莪术对大鼠功能性消化不良模型胃排空及胃电的影响。方法：以不规则进食加稀盐酸喂养制作功能性消化不良模型，并随机分成4组，分别给予生理盐水、25．0％莪术水煎剂、50．0％莪术水煎刑、0．1％吗丁啉混悬液，28天后观察胃排空、检测胃电活动；并与对照组进行对比观察。结果：25．0％莪术水煎剂对模型大鼠的胃排空率、慢波频率变异系数和异常节律指数有明显改善(P＜0．01)，与0．1％吗丁啉混悬液作用相似。结论：25．0％莪术水煎剂对功能性消化不良有改善作用，可能与该味药能增强模型大鼠胃排空率，具有一定的促进胃动力作用有关。

Effect of Zedoary on Gastric Emptying Function in Experimental FD Rats

Objective: To observe the effect of zedoary on emptying function and myoeletrical activity of the stomach in experimental functional dyspepsia rats. Methods: The animal model of functional dyspepsia was established by irregular food intake plus feeding of diluted hydrochloric acid. The rats were randomly divided into four groups and fed respectively with saline, 25. 0% zedoary decoction, 50.0% zedoary decoction,0. 1% motilium suspension. Meanwhile, the model was compared by the control. Twenty-eight days later, the emptying and myoelectrical activity were measured. Results: 25. 0% zedoary decoction significantly not only increased the gastric emptying rate, but also improved slow wave frequency and index of abnorm rhythm (P < 0. 01). Conclusion: 25. 0% zedoary decoction can intensify the gastric emptying function of animal models and improve gastric dynamic. So we can draw a conclusion that it may have therapeutical effect on functional dyspepsia.
