| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Fascin蛋白在人肺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集63例肺癌标本及相关临床病理资料,以Western blot方法检测肺癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织中Fascin蛋白的表达情况。结果:Fascin蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达明显高于其在肺正常组织中的表达(P<0.05),而其表达与肺癌的临床分期(P<0.05)、淋巴结转移情况(P<0.05)、组织分化程度(P<0.05)有关;在肺癌的分型中,Fascin蛋白在鳞癌与腺癌之间的表达水平有显著性差异(P<0.05);Fascin蛋白的表达与患者的性别、年龄、吸烟史无关(P>0.05)。结论:Fascin蛋白在肺癌中的高表达,是肺癌分化差、恶性程度高的标志,并与淋巴结转移有关,以Fascin蛋白为靶点可能为肺癌的治疗提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of Fascin expression in lung carcinoma.
