| 摘 要： | 目的：改进和完善大鼠单次完全可逆转血／再灌注心肌顿抑的模型。方法：采用成年SD大鼠28只，分为对照组和实验组，用操作简单、损伤小、出血少的手术方法阻断大鼠左冠状动脉的前室间支，15min后完全恢复其血流，再灌注2h。同时检测大鼠心电图的变化并进行组织学检查。结果：实验组阻断左冠状动脉的前室间支后，心电图出现异常，表现为S－T间期延长，T波倒置，而光镜下组织结构正常。结论：该模型符合心肌顿抑的特点；该方法操作简单，结果可靠，可重复性强，是一种建立在体大鼠单次完全可逆缺血／再灌注模型的可靠方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve and perfect myocardial stunning model with ischemia refusion in rats. Method:Twenty eight adult healthy SD rats were randomly dividely into control group and experimental group.The anterior cornary descending branch was ligated in 15 minutes,then the ligation was removed and the perfusion was restored in 2 h. The electrocardiogram and histology were studied Result:The electrocardiogram in experimental group showed the time of S T interval prolonged and T waves inverse, but the histological strusture was normal.Conclusion:This model corresponds to the charcteristics of myocardial stunning. The mether producing modal is simple, reliable and good in replication. It is an avalible model of myocardial stunning. |
