30例正常人视路诱发电位的检测及临床应用

摘    要:用银-氯化银表面电极和微纤维电极及计算机信号平均技术,从30例正常受试者的枕区和下眼睑内侧缘引出模式翻转视网膜电图和视诱发电位。提出了在视角13.6°、空间频率0.5cpd、时间频率1HZ、对比度90%、平均亮度10cd/M2的模式翻转刺激参数下正常值资料并在155例各种视路神经系统疾患的诊断和鉴别诊断中对各项正常值临床应用的可靠性进行了论证。

Abstract:The statistical data of pattern reversal visual evoked potentials (PVEP)and electroretinograms(PERG) of 30 normal human subjects were reported at the designated paramaters of visual angle l3.6, spatial freqence 0.5 cpd, temporal frequency 1 Hz, mean luminance 10 cd/M2, contrast 90% using Ag-AgCl surface electrodes. micro-fiber electrode (DTL) and signal average technique. The availability of these data were demonstrated in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of 155 cases with visual nerve system diseases.
