摘    要:目的:测定氯苯及其降解中间产物对发光菌的单一毒性以及联合毒性.方法:采用混合毒性指数(MTI)法对联合作用方式进行评价.结果:除了降解中间产物对苯醌毒性比氯苯大得多以外,其他降解中间产物毒性均比氯苯低.未开环的降解中间产物对氯苯酚、对苯二酚和苯酚的毒性比氯苯的毒性均有所降低,并随着C1的脱除、苯环上OH的减少,毒性呈减弱趋势.苯环开环后的产物有机酸类毒性则更小.结论:氯苯降解过程中的中间产物主要表现为部分相加作用和协同作用.

Abstract:Objective:To study the biotoxicity of chlorobenzene and some of the intermediate products. Methods:Mixture toxicity index (MTI) was used to evaluate the joint toxicity. Results:The results showed that the intermediates para benzoquinone had a higher toxicity, while the toxicity of the other intermediate products was much lower than that of chlorobenzene.
