摘    要:借助缝合于胃窦部的应力传感器,记录大鼠胃窦收缩运动,观察侧脑室注射八肽胆囊收缩素对胃窦运动的作用及对促甲状腺激素释放激素兴奋胃窦运动的影响。结果表明,侧脑室注射不同剂量的八肽胆囊收缩素可抑制胃窦收缩运动,且呈一定的剂量依赖性,而侧脑室注射促甲状腺激素释放激素可使胃窦运动增强,若注射八肽胆囊收缩素后再注射促甲状腺激素释放激素,则后者增强胃窦运动的作用受到明显的抑制。提示,八肽胆囊收缩素可能作为一种调质,参与中枢对胃肠运动的调节。

Abstract:The effects of CCK-8 ( icv ) on basal antral motility and inereased antral motility induced by TRH ( icv ) were investigated. Experiments were performed on healthy SD rats weighing 220 to 320g. Autral motility were recorded by aid of strain guage transducer. The results showed that (1) CCK-8 ( icv ) decreased antral motility with dose-response relations. (2)TRH (icv) increased the antral motility significantly. ( 3 ) CCK-8 significantly inhibited the action of TRH on antral motility. This paper suggests that CCK-8, as a modulator, might participate in the central regulation of gastrointestinal motility together with other brain-gut peptides.
