| 摘 要： | 目的:回顾性分析电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)及传统开胸手术(TOS)行肺叶切除术的优缺点。方法:2008年6月～2009年3月期间行肺叶切除术的非小细胞肺癌患者分为VATS组和TOS组,比较两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛及胸管引流时间、术后常见并发症、住院时间及住院费用有无差异。结果:VATS组手术时间、胸管引流时间及术后住院时间较TOS组无明显差异;与TOS组相比,VATS组术后疼痛明显减轻、围手术期出血量明显减少;TOS组有2例出现术后胸腔积液;VATS组手术及住院费用明显高于TOS组;两组均无死亡。结论:电视胸腔镜手术创伤小、出血少,手术时间与开放手术无明显差别,术后并发症少,术后恢复快,但手术费用较多。
