胃癌中C-erbB-2?Ki-67的表达及其意义

目的: 研究C-erbB-2和Ki-67在胃癌中表达和意义?方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测77例原发性胃癌中C-erbB-2及Ki67的表达?结果:C-erbB-2在胃癌中的阳性率为62.3%,在胃炎中的阳性率为6.7%,两者有显著差异(P < 0.05)?C-erbB-2在胃癌中的表达与胃癌的浸润深度有关(P < 0.05),与胃癌患者的年龄?性别?胃癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移无关(P > 0.05)?Ki-67在胃癌中的阳性率为77.9%,在慢性胃炎阳性率为10.0%,两者有显著差异(P < 0.05)?Ki-67的表达与胃癌患者的年龄?性别?肿瘤的浸润深度?分化程度和淋巴结转移无关(P > 0.05)?结论:C-erbB-2?Ki-67的异常表达和胃癌的早期发生有关?

Expression and significance of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in gastric carcinoma

Objective: To study the expression and significance of C-erbB-2 and Ki67 in gastric carcinoma. Methods:The expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki67 were examined by SP immunohistochemical technique in 77 cases of primary gastric carcinoma samples. Results:The positive rates of C-erbB-2 in gastric carcinoma and gastritis cases were 62.3% and 6.7%, respectively, a significance existed between the two groups(P < 0.05). The expression rate of C-erbB-2 in gastric carcinoma was positively correlated with the invasion depth in gastric carcinoma(P < 0.05), and was not correlated with age, gender, differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P > 0.05). The positive rate of Ki67 in gastric carcinoma and gastritis cases were 77.9% and 10.0%, respectively, a significance was found between the two groups(P < 0.05). The positive rate of Ki67 in gastric carcinoma was not correlated with age, gender, invasion depth, differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The over-expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 may be involved in early stage of gastric carcinoma.
